Whitney Young,
LPC,PMH-C, NCC
Whitney Young, LPC, PMH-C, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor whose calm, empathetic, and attentive nature is inviting to many. While sitting across from Whitney, clients experience the safety and freedom to be vulnerable, paving the way for them to grow. Whitney's therapeutic experience has included helping those facing difficult life transitions, strained relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Whitney has worked in agency settings, as well as private practice. She primarily works with adult men and women, but also has experience with adolescents and teens.
Whitney maintains a certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. As a Perinatal Mental Health provider, Whitney is specially trained to counsel women with mental health challenges related to their reproductive health. These may include, but are not limited to Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Post-traumatic Stress, Grief and Loss in the perinatal period. Her goal is to help women feel seen, validated, and supported amid the unique hurdles they face as caregivers and mothers.
One of Whitney's greatest joys as a helper is witnessing her clients leave the counseling room more empowered and capable to make the desired changes in their lives. Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband and infant son.
Originally from Baton Rouge, LA, she is embracing the quieter and slower pace of life that is found outside of the city.

"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."

Devonie Matte, LPC-S, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her many years of working in an inpatient hospital setting and specializing in treating both substance abuse and mental health disorders has given her invaluable experience in knowing and understanding the struggles that people experience. She is enjoying working with adolescents and adults who present with anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse, and trauma.
She is an empathic listener and exhibits confidence and reassurance when working with clients. Her direct yet compassionate approach to meeting clients where they are helps to guide them along towards progress through the counseling process. Her approachable demeanor helps to ease clients into building a trusting relationship. She moves at the client's pace with encouragement and wisdom along with a competence skill set.
Devonie likes quiet coffee times and truly enjoys naptime. She and her husband, James, have two little princes, who fill their lives with joy and laughter.

Deborah Youngblood, LCSW, has a colorful background of experiences. She has worked in various settings including schools, a crisis pregnancy center, community non-profit agencies, and the state mental health system. She also has over 40 years of service in pastoral ministry. She is passionate about helping those children and adolescents, couples, and families in our community who have lost hope and feel trapped to move forward toward a new life.
With her client-centered, non-judgmental style, she is able to guide clients from their circumstances into finding a place of peace, healing, and restoration. She assists clients with the skills needed to meet challenges and become the person they desire to be, reaching goals they never expected to reach. Deborah works with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues.
Deborah was married to Pastor Larry Youngblood for 42 years until he passed in 2016. She has 5 adult children, 12 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Debbie's favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11,
"For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope."

Jennifer A. Glasscock, LCSW
Jennifer A. Glasscock is the owner of Harmony House Counseling & Life Coaching, LLC. Her professional experience includes being a contractual clinician providing adolescent, adult, and marriage/couples counseling, offering medical social work in a hospital setting, establishing and facilitating a cancer survivor support group, directing a rape crisis program, and conducting child/adolescent and family counseling in the state mental health system. She has also been in ministry leadership for the past fifteen years.
She is passionate about assisting clients in their transformation from emotional upheaval to soundness of mind. Her style is client-centered, interactive, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused. It is her goal to create a secure, safe, and genuine environment where clients can experience the acceptance and honesty necessary for healthy growth.
She has also co-owned a property management and maintenance business with her husband for over 25 years. She and her husband, Douglas, have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children.
Jennifer's life scripture is Isaiah 46:10, "Be still, and KNOW that I am God."

Kimberly Daigle,
Office Manager
Kimberly is our Office Manager and your go-to for all questions related to scheduling, insurance coverage, and your account with Harmony House. She has been with Harmony House since 2019 and came to us with 15+ years of office management experience.
Kimberly adds organization to our team with clear communication. Some even call her a “scheduling ninja” with her ability to offer consistency with appointment dates and times as our therapists’ schedules allow. She not only excels in verifying insurance benefits but also helps you understand your policy’s mental health coverage.
She and her husband, Brock, enjoy spending time with their 3 handsome boys. Outside of the office, Kim spends her time toting her very active boys around to their extracurricular activities. She enjoys their family time, especially their weekly family movie nights.
